Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
Technical data — standard server logs, and cookies set by this site and by the booking system it uses.

Why we need it

To take and fulfil your booking, to identify the driver as the law requires, to contact you about the rental, to process payment and deposits, to meet our legal and insurance obligations, and to answer your questions.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: our booking system provider, our payment provider, our insurer, and the authorities where the law requires it — for example in relation to a traffic offence or an accident. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, insurance and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful, and then deleted.
